New 18/F Roof Extension for Council chamber of Li Ka Shing Tower,

Hong Kong PolyU Kowloon, Hong Kong

This project is to extend a covered area of approximately 170m2 of the roof of Li Ka Shing Tower at 18/F, together with replanning of portion of existing premises on the same floor. This new extension would be to accommodate the University's Council Chambe and other function, serving as show case for campus sustainability in modern context.

Revitalzation of CDEF Court, Hong Kong PolyU Kowloon, Hong Kong

The project intends to create and to improve communal spaces about 500 m2 of the University. By revitalizing the courtyard CDEF, the scope would involve creating a performance stage and decent communal space, relocation of trees and building service.

P&PQ Wings Engery Saving Devices - Green Wall, Hong Kong PolyU Kowloon, Hong Kong

The project intends to provide green wall on P and PQ Wing with an area of 1,300m2. The purpose of provision of green wall is to provide sunlight block effect to the exisiting building facade to reduce the heat island effect and reduce the energy consumption to cool down the building. This will be a dominant feature appearing from the hung hom tunnel.

P&PQ Wings Engery Saving Devices - Sun Shading Devices, Hong Kong PolyU 

Kowloon, Hong Kong

The western facade of the building is exposed to direct sun light in the afternoon hours and obtains a lot of heat gain. The project aims to reduce the heat gain for energy saving by provision of sun shading devices to the western facade of P and PQ Wings.

C.B.S. Seminary  Ngau Tam Mei, NT, Hong Kong 

The project is a bible seminary with 1,048sq.m. GFA., it comprises of a chapel, 3 classrooms, a library and ancillary offices.

Daisy Li Hall, New Asia College Campus, The Chinese University of Hong Kong  

Shatin, NT, Hong Kong

The design aimed to search for a highly cost conscious and area efficient solution to accommodate 300 undergraduates on a hilly site with limited site width within the New Asia Campus.
